Swans circle 'Golden' Graham

Danny 'Golden` Graham - Watford`s 1 remaining recognised striker in the squad - is a £600,000 target for Championship rivals, Swansea City according to the (ooh ah) Daily Star

…and the worry is, that kind of transfer fee could well appeal to the cash strapped bean counters at Vicarage Road!

Having turned their attentions away from spotting 'sexy student Carly, 19 in her bikini soaking up the sun on Bournemouth beach today` , the Daily Star 'reporters` reckon Paulo Sousa is poised to "snatch" Danny Boy and drag him kicking and screaming over the Severn bridge.

Watford simply can`t let this happen.

Forget the sell-on clauses paid to Carlisle or associated additional payments that wing their way to Cumbria when Graham plays a certain number of games… without 'Golden` our goal threat vanishes.

Danny hit 14 in 37 starts in his debut Championship season last time out (including a long barron spell over Christmas) and has looked like he has the potential to be a 20-goal a season man for the future.

Note to Malky and the WD18 money men - a partnership of Henderson and Sordell does not strike fear into defences… Don`t even consider an official bid for Graham.

Willy3 not far from the truth... Team less quality = lower in the league... Could go down... This season is going to be the hardest for years....

Good if we could keep Danny for the first half of the season... Second half he seams to go missing and not just for Watford... Roll your socks up for a roller coaster ride...
