Watford keen on Dembele dealings?

Watford are "monitoring" 21 year old (& fantastically named) French striker, Mana Dembele from Ligue 2 outfit, Chateauroux, according to the Daily Mail (who will, no doubt have pinched this bit of tittle tattle from the L`Equipe sports paper).

Very little is known about Monsieur Dembele, who netted 4 goals in 30 games last season in the 2nd tier of French footie, except he looks remarkably like Watford hot prospect Marvellous Marvin Sordell.

Dembele is also linked with Wolves - who are said to be favourites to land him despite the fact that Mick McCarthy has already bought in 196 new players so far this pre-season.

Hmm, here at VitalWatford Towers, we remain sceptical. The Hornets dealing with the French transfer market has been decidedly dodgy over the last few seasons but it remains to be seen if young Mana is more Xavier Gravelaine than Cedric Avinelů

I remember Alex Bonnot. I thought he was excellent when he played and I never understood why he was overlooked by Taylor so much.

Ahhh Alex Bonnet - theres a blast from the past. Such a shame he was in the same era as Gudmonsson, Flash etc - a 'Golden' generation of midfielders - NOT.

Bonnot was always injured.
