Crow to Vicarage Road?

Reports are linking Peterborough United striker Danny Crow with a move to Premiership Watford.

The 20-year-old striker scored 15 goals in 34 appearances for the East Anglia outfit last term in his first season for the League Two club. Crow started his career at Norwich City where he played in the youth team that was coached by Aidy Boothroyd.

Crow has got a year left on his London Road contract and would appear to fit Boothroyd`s requisite of a young, hungry footballer.

What a great little player, Aidie knows him inside and out having brought him through while both were with us. Sadly our plank of a manger has no place for youth in his team of journeymen and has beens. I hope you get him, he is raw but got bags of talent. His strike rate is impressive in his first full season. Good luck..

I agree with jimmybone. What a wonderful poke in the eye this will be for Delia and her crew, Adie, Malky AND Danny Crow. Good luck to you next season.

You have obvious inside knowledge jimmybone, and i'm sure that AB knows how to get the best from him. Shame that you have to make the best of a bad manager.
