GT - Warnock has likeability factor

SHOCK, HORROR!!!

On the eve of yet another crunch clash for Watford - this time a local derby of sorts at QPR - Hornets chairman (Sir) Graham Taylor has revealed that he secretly likes the not so Super Hoops gaffer Neil Warnock...

Ol` Colin Wan**er often heads up any list of football personalities fans love to hate but Taylor, who really should know better, reckons the controversial hot head is a likeable character.

GT stated "I like Neil and I get on with him. That will surprise a few people but it`s been the case ever since his days of manager of Burton Albion and he sold me a young Richard Jobson during his first spell at Watford some 25 years ago".

Here at VitalWatford Towers, we`re not sure how many Glory Hornet supporters would agree with our legendary chairman - despite Warnock`s admittance in recent years that he actually quite likes Watford and has engaged in some proper banter with the Rookery over the years...

...who can forget that 3 fingered lighthearted gesture in gest when he replied to cries of 'Warnock, Warnock what`s the score?` after Sheffield United came back from 2 down to win 3-2!!!!

Fortunately, (Sir) Graham Taylor did admit that Warnock has "a changed personality on match days", learnt to "keep out of his way when our teams met" and had a word of warning for Malky Mackay, stressing "I did put Neil on top of my list marked - 'Opposing managers to avoid`'.

Should be an rather entertaining one then on the touchline at Loftus Road with fiery Scot Malky and his hot headed Number 2, Sean Dyche, getting all a bit rough and tumble with Warnock and angry assistant Keith Curle...

...oh NOT to be a 4th official - can you only imagine???
