'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Noble Swoop Confirmed

As reported by VitalWatford only earlier today, Watford have swooped for Sunderland striker Ryan Noble on loan until the end of the season.

Yes, it`s backslaps all round at VitalWatford Towers after we beat the hacks to it today in reporting the imminent arrival of the 18 year-old Sunderland forward - 'Orns Chasing Mackems Youngster

Noble, a product of the Wearsider`s Academy only made his debut for Steve Bruce`s floundering side in January as a substitute replacement for Darren Bent in a 3-0 F.A Cup win over non-leaguers Barrow.

Further experience comes in international run-outs for the England U17 and U19 sides.

The 5`11" forward is highly rated by the Sunderland coaching staff, reserve team manager Keith Bertschin told safc.com:

"What I've noticed most about Ryan is that he's helped by having players around him who are experienced and who know the game

"They come and do a good job for us from the first-team squad and it gives the younger ones confidence."
Said Bertschin.

'Accomplished is a little too strong a word but he's getting the hang of what we require from him, which is to be as dangerous as he possibly can for as long as he possibly can.

'I've been really, really pleased with his attitude and energy and his desire to get around the pitch to cause problems for the team he's playing against.'
Concluded the reserve chief.

What impact the youngster will have on the Hornet`s fight against relegation to League One remains to be seen; but it`s another option to add to our otherwise bleak looking forward line, and surely, surely the lad will offer more than Liam Henderson?!

Good luck Ryan!
