Marvellous Marvin staying at Rovers

After insisting that Marvellous Marvin Sordell`s finishing "was out of the drawer" and that he was "improving game by game" it is no surprise to hear that Tranmere Rovers have extended the loan of Watford`s young striker for a further month.

Rovers appear pleased as punch that Sordell - who has made 5 appearances for the League One outfit, scoring once - has been allowed to remain at Prenton Park for the arrival of the big boys, Leeds and Southampton, during March.

Manager Les Parry has been very complimentary with the young Hornets hitman and stated "Marvin has done well for us so far and I`m pleased to keep him here for another month… I`d like to thank Watford manager Malky Mackay for allowing Marvin to stay with us".

Good work Marvellous Marvin - keep it up.
