Hornets duo in Team of the Week

You`d be forgiven for thinking that Clever Tom Cleverley and Hooray Henri [Lansbury] were the only 2 loanees picking up the plaudits at Vicarage Road these days… but think again

Oh no, whilst the on-loan England U21 internationals - borrowed from Manchester United and Arsenal alike - are getting all the publicity, those in the know at the Press Association have voted for 2 other on loan Hornets into this week`s Championship Team of the Week

Step forward - Heider Helguson and 'Cool as` Craig Cathcart.

The inclusion of H in this week`s league finest 11 on the Football League`s official site is no surprise after he bagged a brace of brave headers to sink Scunnie in the 3-0 win.

But Cathcart`s award is less obvious but significant none the less. 'Cool as` Craig hasn`t ripped up too many trees since swapping Old Trafford for the Watford wilderness but he`s starting to now look the part in a back line that is beginning to keep clean sheets.

No wonder, Malky Mackay praised the defenders for their efforts in turning Vicarage Road into a bit of a fortress (minus that lil` old blip against those high flying Bluebirds a few weeks back!).

The Championship Team of the Week in full:

Steele [Barnsley] ; Rosenior [Reading] ; Cathcart [Glory Hornets] ; Brown [Leicester] ; Dickinson [Barnsley] ; Brunt [Baggies] ; King [Leicester] ; Sigurdsson [Reading] ; Shiels [Donnie] ; Helguson [Glory Hornets] ; Camara [Blades]

HH has had a real homecoming since his switch from the Londoners. The question is will QPR call him back to play for them seeing as HH is having such a purple patch.. They must be watching his every move on the pitch... I wonder how much would loosen Rangers grasp on the Watford Iconic Ice man & bring him to The Vic for keeps... If he keeps on scoring for us maybe to too much... If he wants to play each week then Watford could be perfect for him... Although he would probable have to take a pay cut to join the Hornets permanently... Lets hope that at his age playing is more important to him then just cool hard cash... Fingers & toes crossed here...
