Watford aiming to Rob Celtic's Barry

Former Dundee United midfielder Barry Robson is apparently a target of both Watford and Middlesbrough.

The twenty-one year old can play anywhere across midfield but has found his first team chances at Celtic Park restricted this season, making just three SPL appearances.

Arriving in January 2008 with the Glasgow giants, Robson has made twenty five league starts, scoring three goals.

With Championship rivals Middlesbrough also in the market for the Scottish international, it seems more likely Robson would link up with Gordon Strachan, the man who brought him to Celtic Park for a fee of 1.25million.
