'If It's Football, It's Vital'

H to have scan

Returning Hornet's hero Heidar Helguson will today undergo an MRI scan after leaving Vicarage Road on crutches on Saturday.

The Hornet's on-loan Iceman will have the scan on the calf he injured against Leicester on Saturday. The results should be known soon, and as yet there is nothing to say he won't be included in Saturday's squad.

Meanwhile, Danny 'Golden' Graham has endorsed the loan of the Hornet's legend, praising his ability and the competition for places: 'I`d like to see him here for the rest of the season. A player of his experience can only help the boys and help Watford as a team.'

'Hopefully we can keep him and go on and form a good strike partnership.'

'The more forwards that we have, the better. It`s only healthy if you`ve got four or five strikers in there because you have to be at the top of your game every week.'
Said the Hornet's top goalscorer.

Poor old Heidar, some old injury troubles that continue to hold him back. Home he comes through to play.

HH came to wfc already carrying an injury and has had an ankle problem for a few years, i remember signing a player on loan Bobby Svark from Blackburn, he came on as a sub. made a lovely turn then hobbled off with a knee injury and retired from football straight after.
