HH is home

HH is home

Hornet's legend and all-round good guy, Heidar Helguson has returned to the fold today on a loan deal from Queens Park Rangers.

The former Lillestrom, Fulham, Bolton and Hornets striker will remain at the Vic' until December 31st after falling out of favour at Loftus Road.

Helguson only joined the R's in January from Bolton but has had three managers since and never really found his feet with the Hoops.

His return to WD18 had been touted for a number of weeks and just last week, Ranger's latest manager Jim Magilton confirmed Watford's interest in the 32 year-old Icelandic international.

In his first spell at Watford, the diminutive forward grabbed 55 goals in 132 starts, but since leaving the green and pleasant pastures of Hertfordshire has managed just 18 league goals in over two years.

Welcome back Heidar!
