Bad boy Bangura heading to Holloway

After 18 months spent escaping the attentions of the immigration office, scrapping it out with the Home Office and being dubbed 'a cheating love rat`, Al 'Bang Bang` Bangura is finally set for a spell under the compromising regime of Holloway…

Ian Holloway that is!

The former Hornet midfielder was released by Watford last month 'by mutual consent` (with a CV littered of late with bad boy antics) but has been training with Blackpool with a view to a permanent switch.

It was suspected that, after catching the eye of Leeds and Brighton (after a loan spell), Bangura would fall through the trapdoor into the footballing wilderness of League One to continue to his career.

Now Sky reckon the controversial Blackpool gaffer Ian Holloway is going to take a gamble on the Sierra Leone defensive midfielder by offering him a lifeline to stay in the Championship.

And a deal with the Seasiders could be secured in time for Bangura to feature in this weekend`s clash with Cardiff.

Al`s well that ends well then!

Good luck to him... He didn't do much for Watford, but I wish him every success in the future..
