Watford kids left Vrede faced by AZ

Watford kids left Vrede faced by AZ

Watford`s U19 side suffered their second successive defeat in the Copa Amsterdam after starting their double header on Super Sunday with a 2-1 defeat to Dutch side AZ Alkmaar.

Even an impressive performance by Michael Bryan and a 30th minute penalty by Marvellous Marvin Sordell wasn`t enough to earn the Hornets kids a draw as 2 strikes by Holland U20 striker Mitchell Te Vrede handed the Dutch league champions victory.

The Hornets now face Real Madrid in their final Group B.

Still, what a way to go out huh!
