Hornets involved in N`Guessan game?

Watford are amongst a clutch of Championship clubs being linked with a summer move for Lincoln City left-sided midfielder Dany N`Guessan, well according to the sports hacks down at the Sun anyway.

The 21 year old former Auxerre trainee has notched up 17 goals in 95 games during a 15 month spell as an Imp - enough to reportedly catch the eye of Reading, Watford, Wolves and both Sheffield clubs - Wednesday & United.

Our contacts up at Sincil Bank reckon that N`Guessan has hardly set League 2 alight since making a switch from the reserve team wilderness at Rangers and that his consistency is rather er, hit and miss!

Still, he apparently he turned down moves to Marseille and Man City to join the ranks at Ibrox a few seasons back when he left France so he must have some potential!

He has talent, can turn a game on its head in the blink of an eye, but he is lazy and moody. Personally can not wait to get rid of him from Sincil Bank. To many games this season he has been a passenger.

Really interesting comments Dean1 - we've had a number of just such players in the last few seasons from the lower leagues (Ainsworth, Ashikodi) but hopefully Rodgers will have done his homework on this one.
