Watford Supporters Trust calls EGM
Following the recent announcement of the forthcoming rights issue by Watford Leisure PLC, Watford Supporters Trust announce that they will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting on Thursday 30th March 2006 at 7.30pm.
The meeting will take place in the Club lounge of the Vicarage Road stadium, with the main agenda item being whether the Trust members wish to take up our new share rights, a decision which can only be made by such a general meeting.
The meeting will provide the Trust executive with a formal consensus from its membership, which will be represented at the Watford Leisure meeting on 7th April.
Anyone can attend the meeting; however only current Trust members are able to vote on any resolutions put before the meeting.
