Watford debuts for Cork & Hoyte

On loan lads Jack Cork and Gavin Hoyte have been handed their Watford debuts, as expected, in today`s FA Cup 3rd Round tie with Scunthorpe.

Arsenal reserve team skipper Hoyte has ousted right back Lloyd Doyley, who has to be content with a place on the bench, whilst surprisingly Cork has been drafted into a youthful looking midfield at the expense of fellow Chelsea loanee Liam Bridcott…

…and there we all were thinking Cork would be the savoiur to all our defensive woes.

The team in full is: Loach, Hoyte, Harley, Mariappa, Demerit, Jenkins, O Toole, Cork, Smith, McAnuff, Priskin.

The bench includes Bridcott, Doyley, Lee, Rasiak, Hoskins, Bromby and Lewis Young.

Game on…
