Watford all over Salim like Arrache

Marseille midfielder Salim Arrache is the latest name to be linked with a move to Watford in January after his loan spell at Stade de Reims was cut short to stick him in the shop window.

Hornets gaffer Brendan Rodgers has insisted he does have 'irons in the fire` ahead of the transfer window re-opening in the New Year and Arrache is widely tipped to be on his hitlist.

Then again, it will probably be only a matter of days before Rodgers rebuffs any speculation surrounding the Algerian international - just like the Scott Sinclair/Ben Sahar rumours…

On saying that Wigan, Nantes and FC Moscow are also reckoned to be keen on the 26 year old and given he`s an unknown quantity the link to WD18 is surprising so you just never know.
