Blue is the colour at Watford

Jordan Parkes and highly rated Dale Bennett have both left for loan spells in the Blue Square Premier League but Watford have swooped to borrow Chelsea 2nd string captain Liam Bridcutt on a 1 month deal.

Brendan Rodgers has been quick out of the traps to poach Bridcutt from Stamford Bridge and the holding midfielder, who was previously on loan at Yeovil, is set to be included in Saturday`s squad for Doncaster.

Leaving WD18 for the foreseeable future just as the Chelsea youngster arrives is left back Jordan Parkes, who completed a loan move to Stevenage Borough. Young Jordan was expected to push on into the Hornets first team squad this season - after loan spells with Barnet and Brentford last campaign - but has disappeared off the scene since making his league debut v Ipswich.

Bennett, on the other hand, is a rising star but an unknown quantity with the highy acclaimed Hornets youth set-up. The centre back has joined Kettering Town to gain vital experience and is tipped to have a big future with reserve team boss Malky Mackay a big admirer.

VitalWatford would like to wish all 3 lads the best of luck.
