Posh keeper joins skint Watford
Peterborough United goalkeeper Mark Tyler has signed up on emergency loan at Vicarage Road to ease the Hornets crippling keeping crisis.
With rookie Scott Loach and veteran Mart Poom out of action with injuries for the foreseeable future, Watford have moved quickly to bring the experienced hands of Tyler as cover for 1 month.
Tyler has racked up over 480 games at London Road in a 14 year career with Posh and is no stranger to the role of 'emergency cover` after joining Hull City on loan last season as back-up to Boaz Myhill.
But Tyler is yet to see first team action this season after losing his place to hot prospect Joe Lewis - who joined Darren Ferguson's men in a £400 deal from Norwich City.
Let`s hope he`s not too rusty as no doubt Lee will be hit by the 'Injury Curse of Watford stoppers` during tonight`s clash with Burnley…
