Defender departs Vicarage Road
Spanish defender Sietes has left the Golden Boys after his contract was cancelled by mutual consent.
The thirty-two-year-old defender, who signed on a free transfer from Real Murcia in the summer, leaves the Hertfordshire-based club without playing a single competitive match.
The Spaniard will not go down in the same bracket as King, Henderson, Spring, Mackay and Carlisle as an astute Aidy signing; only starting seven times for the reserves after struggling to adapt to both life and football in England.
Watford boss Aidy Boothroyd explained to the club's official site: 'Sometimes in football things don't work out. 'Sietes was a player who came to us with an excellent pedigree in Spanish football but he found it very, very difficult to settle into a new culture and the British style of play.
'We wish him well for the future,' added Aidy.
