Hornets playing the percentage game

Hornets playing the percentage game

The financial sums might not add up and the balance books appear to be one long equation to much but someone has certainly got their head around percentages at Vicarage Road.

After new signing Grzegorz Rasiak followed new signing protocol and told the world he was ready to give '100% to the Hornets cause`, the Polish front might want to have a quick chat with thinking woman`s Carol Vorderman - Aidy Boothroyd.

After all, the Watford chief has other numbers up his sleeve (and it`s certainly not 1 up top and 5 at the back, please Carol)

Speaking to the Watford Observer, Boothroyd said "Some players can be at 20% one week in terms of performance and 100% the next but the players that you want in your side are those that are a steady 80%".

So none of this 110% effort nonsense the sports psychologists crave for…

Well folks, that`s numberwang!
