'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Life is a 'Rollercoaster' for Hornets

Watford boss Aidy Boothroyd reckons his side have been on "emotional rollercoaster together" but "have come full circle" as they prepare to face Hull for a place at Wembley.

Ok, Ok. Here at VitalWatford we promise not to mention Tommy Smith`s play-off clinching strike as 'The Big One` at Blackpool or the 'Ups and Downs` of a rocky season, but the gaffer must stop throwing up these juicy media metaphors for us to play 'pun tennis` with!

Seriously though, Boothroyd insists his troops are ready for the play-offs stating "I can tell you that the training ground is a very happy place this week. The relief has lifted and it made way for an atmosphere akin to that of preseason - and the sunshine has certainly helped"…

He added "There is a feeling of a new beginning and everyone has suddenly found a renewed vigour. We are ready to go again".

Well, we`ll just wait to see then if the rollercoaster ends with us fans as sick as that proverbial parrot or on a joyride of a lifetime!

The play-off's is a time to get behind Watford. Aidy has the right (as we do) to say how he feels things have gone. We may or may not agree, but we have to accept that. We still after everything that's happerned have our season in our own hands. That's something worth shoutin' about. "com on you Horns"
