Watford's Express move for Big Mac

Watford's Express move for Big Mac

Young Motherwell striker Ross McCormack is on the radar of Watford according to the dog eared hacks down at the Daily Express sports desk.

With a mediocre record of just 14 goals in 41 starts the 21 year old, the former Rangers and Doncaster striker hasn`t pulled up too many trees for the Fir Park SPL outfit but the Express hints that the Hornets have "already discussed contracts with the players representatives" with a view to a move…

Hmmm, is that so?

But it`s widely believed that McCormack will be in-demand this summer with Wigan and Middlesborough having a good sniff around the striker whilst Bristol City have also been dragged kicking and screaming onto the transfer merri-go-round!

I don't know anything about this guy. He might be ok. I wonder why we don't try to sigh proven championship goal scorers like Robbie Blake, Jamie Cureton or Stearn John. I also think we should put in a bid for Michael McIndoe from Bristol City. He is a great crosser of the ball. Plus he takes players on. (like Ashley Young used to) We do need a least two good goal scorers. At the moment we only have two good ones at best. (1881) x
