Crystal Palace chairman Simon Jordan has once again made himself look a right proper wally on talkSPORT after telling listeners that Watford and Derby have been an embarrassment to the Premier League....bearing in mind it's the Eagles who hold the record for the 'most number of times relegated from the division'.

The ITV-football pages are reporting that the Eagles moneyman went on air to state 'With respect I think clubs likes Watford and Derby who have gone in to the Premier League make a shame of promotion, it`s embarrassing'.

Whether or not Jordan was misquoted VitalWatford aren`t sure but its some cheek coming from a guy who`s own club suffered a laughable 9-0 defeat in the top flight...

And have scored less goals AND conceeded more goals in a Premier League season than Watford did last season…

Still everyone`s allowed their own opinion even if they are orange (sorry),er, we meant 'factually incorrect'.

Simon Jordon should worry about his own club. How can this muppet say such things about Watford. Why don't he just shut up & be the chairman of his own team. If you can call them that. Palace are run top to bottom by bitter sad people. When will they face the fact that they are never going to be any more than a championship team, yoyo at best. So button it tango man. (1881 forever)

Well said, I don't see Mr Jordan's club in the position we are in to win promotion at the moment, nor have I seen them in that sort of position for a few years now. I also seem to remeber they were pretty embaressing in the Prem and only nearly stayed up thanks to that cheating ***** Johnson scoring 10 dodgy pens.
