Trio sign pro' deals

The future of Watford Football Club has today taken a step forward in the form of three young Hornets who have pledged their futures to the club signing one-year contracts.

Academy scholars Liam Henderson, Dale Bennett and Lewis Young (brother of our Ashley) have today signed one-year pro` deals. In the mean time, Raphael Brown (centre half) and Kieran Forbes will leave the club after failing to earn contracts.

Tyneside-born forward Henderson looks to have a bright future at the club having enjoyed a pre-season run-out for the 'first team` at Lincoln where he notched during a yellow win. Young and Bennett are yet to make a massive impact on the first team but Lewis is alleged to have been better than England cap and older brother Ashley was at the same age! Some talent indeed.

Finally, fellow Academy starlet`s Ewan Clarke and Aaron Beech have been given an extended stay until Christmas following injury.

Indeed. I know little about Dale Bennett, but the club has said a lot of good things about the other two, so hopefully, all good.
